Yes, you read that right, our fabric is made out of bamboo, a highly-sustainable crop grown without chemicals pesticides. It also happens to be silky-smooth and incredibly soft to the touch. We know it sounds a little strange if you have never encountered it before, but that's why we provide a guarantee - we know that you will love it when you feel it!
Environmental and Social Responsibility
Our key goal at Green Baby Gifts is to be socially responsible. As such, for each gift that you give, we do the following:
Plant one tree through American Forests, a world leader in planting trees for environmental restoration, a pioneer in the science and practice of urban forestry, and a primary communicator of the benefits of trees and forests.
Donate a gift-wrapped set of newborn bamboo hat and booties to shelters in the U.S. that care for homeless women and their children.
Donate 10% of all proceeds to the Nature Conservancy, which helps preserve plants, animals and natural communities all over the world.

Customized Cards
Adding a customized gift card to your Green Baby Gift is easy and free. Simply fill out the form on the "Shop" page and submit it to us. We will match your card to your order, which you need to place separately.
Shipping
In order to minimize our carbon footprint, we limit shipments to twice per week, on Tuesdays and Fridays. Any order placed by noon PST the day prior to a shipping day will be included in the next day’s shipment. We charge a flat rate of $12.95 per gift for shipping and handling.
International
Please e-mail us to place an International Order and include the number of gifts you are ordering and the location to which we will ship the item so that we can investigate the lowest shipping options for you.
Privacy
Customer privacy is important to us. We have never, and will never sell our mailing list. All customer information is completely confidential.
